Dally is for UMD students who want something to do tonight and someone to do it with. Find a low-pressure plan near you, talk to whoever's going before you get there, and show up already knowing a face.
No planning a whole night, no group chat logistics, no committing weeks out. One plan at a time shows up, you decide in a second, and if it's not for you it's gone for good. Swipe right and you've got somewhere to be tonight, with people already going.
Every plan has a chat that opens before it starts. Say hi, figure out who's walking from where, find the person you're looking for. The awkward part happens on your phone instead of in a doorway.
One good night is a coincidence. Dally puts the next thing in front of you: the same people, a different plan, or the group that runs it every week, so it turns into a friend group instead of a story.
We're opening Dally to a small group of UMD students first. Early testers get TestFlight access, help shape the app, and receive invitations gradually as we run campus events.
